What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa?

You’ll provide efficient administration and sales support for our Key Accounts team, ensuring smooth invoicing and account reconciliation across major grocery accounts. You’ll also have the chance to grow into Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and promotional support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile invoices for Foodstuffs North & South Island, Woolworths NZ, and other retail accounts.
• Liaise with internal teams and retailers to resolve payment queries and manage credits.
• Support promotional submissions and reconciliations.
• Provide cover for VMI and Integrated Supply Planning when required.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

This is a fixed term part time role at 24 hours per week.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and use initiative.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience with SAP or Promax software.
