What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa?

The Leading Hand supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role involves coordinating team members, monitoring performance, and providing hands-on leadership to maintain Suntory Oceania’s standards of excellence.

You will be a strong leader that loves to engage and develop others. This role is about leading by example, using your experience in warehouse and logistics operations to improve communication and competence in problem solving.

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and SAP
  • A strong focus on health & safety
  • Organisational skills, the ability to prioritise workload effectively
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehousing or logistics environment
