The Opportunity

The Key Account Executive is responsible for supporting the Foodstuffs Business Team in delivering against key business objectives. As a critical team member, you will be focused on delivering a high standard of work through careful attention to detail. 

In this role, you will be communicating with both customer and internal stakeholders daily. You will need to demonstrate critical thinking to solve problems whilst gaining great exposure to systems, analytics and operational elements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a growth mindset that is looking to springboard their career within a high performing Commercial team.  

 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • End-to-end supply management into all customer distribution centres including full internal and external stakeholder management. 
  • Responsibility of the short-term forecast horizon and customer alignment.  
  • Support of the Foodstuffs business unit and wider Grocery & Retail team in the delivery of volume, net sales & profit targets. 

What's in your toolkit?

  • Ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships. 
  • A growth mindset. 
  • Experience using Excel. 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 
  • Experience using systems (SAP, Promax, Circana) desirable but not required.   
  • Experience in account management or other relevant sales roles desirable, but not required. 
  • A positive attitude with a proactive focus on solutions. 
  • Creativity & curiosity in looking for & delivering efficiencies.
