What is the opportunity? | He aha te kōwhiringa?

The Health Safety and Wellbeing Advisor will be the first point of contact for our NZ logistics, Commercial and office teams to provide HSW support and advice.   

  • Partner closely with our leaders to provide HSW guidance and application of policies and systems  
  • Coach leaders and teams to help build and improve their HSW understanding and mindset 
  • Identify opportunities for improvements within the Suntory systems and processes to ensure we are continuing elevating our safety standards  
  • Champion “safe and well everyone everyday” through continuously educating our teams  
  • Ensure compliance to health and safety legislation and escalating issues as required  

Lead risk assessment workshops and provide advice on the management of hazards and risks

This is a great opportunity for a recent grad or someone early in their career that has a passion for safety and wants to learn. You will be provided with industry leading mentors who will help you grow your career.

  • Recent graduate with a relevant degree or relevant experience  
  • A passion for health, safety and wellbeing you will constantly be championing  
  • An eagerness to learn, you will get out in Gemba to understand our risks  
  • An ability to build strong relationships and be able to coach and influence our people  
  • An understanding of the Health, Safety and legal framework in NZ  

Ability to quickly pick up systems and find opportunities for improvement
