The Opportunity
We’re bringing the best of Suntory to Oceania and building a best-in-class Sales team for our brand-new New Zealand-licensed function which will go live in 2026!
Head of On-Premise Manager offers something unique and career-defining. Joining in our build phase, you will build your team from the ground up and play a key role in establishing work processes that best serve your team to achieve sales targets, and grow & promote our product range, whilst exploring new business opportunities!

Business Planning: Design and deliver both long-term and short-term channel and joint business plans for On-Premise.

Financial Management: Manage total expenditure, trade spend, and structural costs within the agreed budget guidelines.

Relationship Management: Foster relationships with key customers which optimize business outcomes for both our trading partners and Suntory Oceania.

Team Leadership: Build, nurture, and inspire a best-in-class team to deliver the strategy.

Market Knowledge: Leverage local market knowledge and experience with the customer base to execute business plans for win/win outcomes.
This is a critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind your team, leading, inspiring and developing capability that will see them execute effectively on strategic initiatives and deliver on key performance metrics.
What’s in your toolkit?
We’re looking for an individual with a strong track record of success in a Senior Sales Management or Account Management role within the Licensed space, who has led and developed high-performing sales teams.

Strong licensed On-Premise sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of the NZ On-Premise market

Proven experience creating and delivering sales execution strategies to drive business performance.

Experience building and developing a high-performing team

Strong commercial acumen

Ability to build and leverage relationships both internally and externally.

Deep understanding of your customers and what drives them

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
