We are looking for an experienced Logistics Support Analyst to join our high‑performing Supply Chain & Logistics team. This role can be based in either Australia or New Zealand, offering true geographic flexibility for the right candidate.

 

In this position, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and optimising our logistics systems, especially as we implement key initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and as changes roll out. You’ll be the go‑to expert for issue resolution, systems stability, and proactive improvement in a 24/7 operational environment.

 

This role suits someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys problem‑solving under time pressure, and can confidently “put the fires out” when the business needs it most. You’ll enable knowledge transfer within the team and help build capability as we elevate our logistics systems to the next level.

You will bring a strong mix of technical SAP capability, systems troubleshooting experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving operational environment.

 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP EWM
  • Confidence operating within a 24/7 business, including responding to critical issues when needed
  • A self‑sufficient working style — you take tasks, run with them, and deliver without micromanagement
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach and comfort working flexibly
  • The ability to support knowledge transfer and build capability within the team
