We’re looking for a B2B eCommerce digital sales professional to help shape the future of digital commerce at Suntory Oceania.

 

This is a unique opportunity to own the growth, adoption and optimisation of our B2B digital commerce ecosystem across Australia and New Zealand. Working across our diverse multi-beverage portfolio, you will lead the performance and evolution of our Online Store and customer engagement platforms, helping customers interact with Suntory in smarter, faster and more seamless ways.

 

As the owner of our digital commerce agenda, you will partner across Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Route to Market and Technology teams to accelerate digital sales growth, improve customer adoption, unlock self-service opportunities and deliver best-in-class customer experiences.

 

Leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP Emarsys, you’ll drive customer engagement, optimise platform performance and deliver measurable commercial outcomes across the region.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own and deliver the ANZ digital commerce strategy and optimisation roadmap.
  • Drive customer adoption, engagement and repeat purchasing through data-led initiatives.
  • Grow B2B eCommerce performance by improving conversion, basket value and customer retention.
  • Lead automated customer journeys and communications through SAP Emarsys.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Technology teams to deliver seamless omnichannel experiences.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across the digital customer journey.
  • Monitor performance metrics, customer insights and analytics to inform strategic decisions and maximise ROI.
  • Champion innovation and digital transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and business performance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Experience leading B2B eCommerce, digital commerce or CRM platforms.
  • Demonstrated success improving customer adoption, engagement and online sales outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a customer-first mindset.
  • Advanced analytical capability and confidence using data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience managing digital enhancement roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • A passion for innovation, customer experience and digital transformation.
  • The ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across multiple business functions.
