The opportunity

As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our supply chain by driving accurate, data-informed forecasts that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with passionate teams across Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain, gaining exposure to a dynamic FMCG environment and contributing directly to the success of iconic brands. What you’ll be doing

  • Develop and maintain rolling 18-month demand forecasts using statistical tools and TPM feeds.
  • Analyse promotional and product lifecycle activity to ensure accurate volume forecasting.
  • Facilitate monthly forecast reviews and performance assessments.
  • Lead integrated business planning activities including Channel Review Meetings and risk/opportunity reporting.
  • Support New Product Development (NPD) forecasting and launch planning.
  • Champion continuous improvement in demand planning processes and tools.

What’s in your toolkit?

  • 2–3 years of demand planning experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Strong computer literacy, especially with ERP systems.
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and relationship-building skills.
  • FMCG sales background.
  • Experience with SAP (APO) and/or Promax.
  • NZPICS certification.
  • Knowledge of statistical forecasting.
