We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Bottle Spirits & Distribution Requirements Planner to join our Supply Chain team in New Zealand.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time. You will own the execution of Full Bottle Spirits (FBS) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) processes, managing inventory replenishment across multiple warehouses and locations nationwide.
You’ll work closely with supply, logistics, and global stakeholders to balance demand and supply, optimise inventory levels, and deliver strong customer service outcomes. This is a highly visible role where your decisions directly impact product availability, efficiency, and performance across the network.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and executing replenishment plans across distribution centres
- Balancing supply and demand while managing inventory levels
- Monitoring and improving safety stock, lead times, and stock availability
- Coordinating stock transfers and tracking performance against delivery targets
- Partnering with logistics and cross-functional teams to resolve constraints
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across planning and logistics
- Minimising obsolete stock and driving efficient inventory outcomes

You’re a detail-oriented planner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You bring:
- Experience working with planning systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- The ability to manage competing priorities and make informed decisions
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Advanced Excel skills (desirable)
- Experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics (preferred)
