As a Customer Equipment Detailer, you’ll play a key role in preparing and detailing customer equipment to the highest standards. From processing chiller orders and maintaining hygienic conditions to coordinating warehouse operations and ensuring accurate inventory control, you’ll be the backbone of our Equipment Services team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.
- Prepare and detail customer equipment to meet strict quality standards.
- Coordinate equipment movement and maintain warehouse alignment.
- Ensure accurate paperwork, inventory control, and database updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
- Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards at all times.
- May include some driving to pick up parts for the team or deliver chillers
This is a Monday to Friday onsite role 8am – 5pm with some flexibility on start and finish times
About you | Nō hea koe
- Proven experience in warehousing or a multi-functional environment.
- Experience with Microsoft programs
- Knwoledge of NZ geographu
- Physically fit and able to lift objects safely.
- Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work flexibly.
- Team player with a positive, motivated attitude
