The Opportunity
The customer equipment coordinator is critical in ensuring that our customer and commercial teams needs are consistently met by managing the lifecycle of our refrigeration equipment at customer premises.
What you'll be doing
- Be an absolute knowledge guru on all Suntory products and equipment, current and past.
- Maintain system and data integrity to ensure the business has accurate equipment data.
- Trouble-shoot, educate, consult , answer and guide customers on our equipment.
- Act as a brand ambassador in all customer interactions
- Deliver seamless, premium customer service.
- You’ll be building our monthly reports, as well as owning the invoices end to end.
- Build rapport, collaborate with other teams, and - most importantly - have fun!
What's in your toolkit?
To enable you to hit the ground running, we’re looking for some who brings:
- Experienced coordination skill with the ability sees the big picture and connect multiple parts to solve the problem efficiently as possible
- The ability to “make it happen” – from the planning to job completion including all the paperwork.
- Excellent computer literacy, communication, and customer service skills to respond to our 0800 line and shared email inbox of inquiries efficiently working closely with our contractors to assist our customers.
- SAP experience or other similar ERP system experience is essential to hit the ground running as you will be processing a large number of invoices per day.
- Report building and analysis (extracting data form SAP, making reports, making presentations)
- High-level problem-solving skills – able to see the bigger picture, all perspectives, provide solutions, follow through on actions and show empathy and initiative
- Experience and knowledge on dispatch and ordering parts for repairs.
- Desirable but not a must have – refrigeration knowledge with the ability to diagnose and solve over the phone. (Training on refrigeration diagnose and solve will be provided)
