We’re searching for a Continuous Improvement Specialist & Analyst to join our Procurement Transformation & Excellence team for 18 months while someone is on secondment within the business.
In this role, you will drive transformational change in how Suntory Oceania procures products and services — delivering procurement savings, enabling sustainable improvement, and uplifting procurement capability across systems, processes, compliance, and people.
A typical day may involve leading CI initiatives, supporting technology adoption, maintaining procurement KPIs, and enabling robust reporting for our Fuel for Growth program. If making an impact through smarter processes, better systems, and data‑driven thinking excites you — this role is for you.

You will bring a mix of analytical capability, continuous improvement mindset, and relationship‑building skills. You’ll thrive in collaborative environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and be energised by enabling change.
You’ll shine if you have:
- At least 2 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Excel and Power BI
- Experience with best‑practice procurement processes
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management capability
- A degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline
- Experience with procurement systems (Coupa, SAP Ariba, SAP)
It’s a bonus if you also have:
- A procurement professional qualification
- Experience leading S2C or P2P continuous improvement initiatives
- Project management experience
