The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Commercial Master Data Co‑ordinator to join the organisation on a Fixed-Term-Contract until the end of 2026 and support the accurate, timely, and compliant management of commercial master data across the organisation. This role plays a critical part in enabling Sales, Finance, and Commercial teams through high‑quality data governance, contract management, and rebate administration.
You’ll be highly detail‑oriented, proactive, and confident working across multiple systems and stakeholder groups in a fast‑paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Customer Master Data
- Manage new customer account set‑ups, master data changes, customer hierarchies, and SKP reporting across systems.
- Onboard customers to the Online Store and partner with Sales and Finance to resolve master data queries.
Contracts & Rebates
- Review and validate sales contracts and deeds of variation, loading discounts and rebate agreements in line with approved terms.
- Maintain contract records in SharePoint and C4C, including tracking, filing, archiving, and access controls.
- Administer monthly, quarterly, semi‑annual, and annual rebate settlements, including reporting and customer communications.
- Liaise with Account Managers, Finance, Senior Management, and Auditors to address discrepancies and support audit requirements.
General & Project Support
- Provide support across Commercial, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D/Packaging, and IT teams.
- Maintain process documentation and templates and contribute to project and ad‑hoc initiatives as required.
Ingredients for Success:
Just like every can of V Energy is built on the right formula, there are a few key ingredients we’re looking for in this role:
- Experience working with commercial or customer master data, preferably within FMCG or alcohol‑related environments.
- Strong attention to detail, with a consistent focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and exposure to SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems.
- The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously, and take ownership without constant direction.
- A curious, commercially minded approach, with the confidence to question assumptions and challenge inconsistencies.
- A continuous improvement mindset, looking for smarter and more efficient ways of working beyond standard processes.
- Agility and resilience to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
- A genuine team‑first attitude — collaborative, supportive, and willing to go above and beyond for shared success.
What's in it for you?
- Grow your career, we like to promote from within and have incredible learning and development opportunities around the world.
- Quarterly product allowance to spend at our staff shop.
- Drive transformation and innovation in a future-fit operating model.
- An inclusive parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.
- Birthday leave – enjoy a day off to celebrate your birthday.
- Gradual return to work to help you transition back from parental leave.
- Work in a culture that values diversity, collaboration and growth.
- Flexible working – flexible hours and hybrid working.
- We are committed to giving back to our communities, so we provide you with volunteer leave to do so.
