Craft your future with Suntory Oceania, a new $3b multi-beverage partnership between Suntory Global Spirits and Suntory Beverage & Food. Underpinned by quality, craftsmanship and a strong sense of purpose, our exciting new partnership will be powered by two manufacturing sites, five distribution centres and more than 1500 Suntorians across Australia and New Zealand.

Our market-leading portfolio will have over 40 brands, including Jim Beam® and Maker's Mark® Bourbon, Hibiki® Japanese Whisky, Canadian Club® Whisky, -196, V Energy, , Pepsi, Mountain Dew and Suntory BOSS Coffee. As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a well loved portfolio to help drive continued success. As the Brand Manager you will contribute to the PepsiCo Carbonated Soft Drinks (CSDs) portfolio and brand strategy to help achieve sales and profit targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Consistently create and execute all activity “on brand” and within PepsiCo guidelines.
  • Work closely with a range of internal teams on any Marketing activities, including: sampling, NPD launches (including gate process), events, BTL promotions, trade shows and promotional development
  • Develop Sales driving initiatives, flavour rotation, core product evolution, and NPD in conjunction with Marketing Manager – with particular focus on Pepsi.
  • Optimise marketing spend and manage DMO spend.
  • Execute flawlessly any PPA initiatives across CSD portfolio with particular focus on grocery for large format and AFH for small format CSD

What's in your toolkit?

  • Operating at Brand Manager level or an experienced Assistant Brand Manager able to demonstrate results
  • Experience in FMCG - working with global brands would be highly desired
  • Strong understanding of brand equity, positioning and development and brand communication
  • Strong knowledge of gate processes in large corporate organisations
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Good understanding of relationship management principles and experience influencing key stakeholders
  • A passion for the PepsiCo portfolio and desire to drive its continued success
