As One Suntory, we will be positioned as the fourth largest beverage player in the region, ready to ignite the category, creating more beverage moments from sunrise to sunset. The opportunity
Due to an internal move, we are currently looking for our next Brand Director, Partner Brands based in Auckland. Reporting to our Chief Marketing Officer and forming part of our Marketing Leadership Team, this is a senior marketing leadership role with end-to-end accountability for Suntory Oceania’s impressive Partner Brand portfolio.
You will set the strategic direction, drive brand growth, market share and lead best-in-class execution across innovation, brand building and commercial delivery. Working closely with global brand owners and internal stakeholders you will ensure contractual commitments are met whilst delivering outstanding outcomes for consumers, customers and both Suntory Oceania & our Partner Brands.
What You'll Do
- Enterprise brand leadership across strategy, execution and financial performance
- Defining and delivering brand vision, positioning and long-term growth strategies
- Leading innovation and NPD Pipelines, from insights to launch in partnership with global brand partners
- Full accountability for A&P budgets, commercial metrics and our annual and mid-term plans
- Maintain & develop relationships with key brand partner stakeholders
- Leading the joint business planning with our brand partners
- Build, coaching and inspiring a high performing & engaged marketing team
What you bring
- Extensive experience as a Brand Director or Senior Marketing Manager
- Proven success in leading and building complex brand portfolios, preferably across multiple geographies or with brand partners
- A modern marketer with deep experience and creative excellence in brand development, integrated communications, innovation, AI and experiential marketing
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and influence teams and senior stakeholders – both internally and externally
- Exceptional communication, presentation and relationship building skills
