This role can be based in Auckland, New Zealand, or Sydney, Australia. 

Job Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the Brand & Activation Manager for Celsius is to manage ‘best in class’ NPD development, roll out & activation of Celsius across Oceania. Working with the Director – Partner Brands, you will be a key liaison with Celsius and working together closely to manage the execution of the Celsius plan in both the Australia and New Zealand markets. Whilst Celsius will manage the Brand Strategy and Above the Line Media you will be responsible for managing NPD development, gate process & execution, packaging updates and full end to end Below the Line execution across Australia and New Zealand.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the NPD and Activation delivery of Partnership with Celsius.
  • Alongside the Commercial Manager and Celsius Marketing Manager, deliver the Celsius plan, reporting and engagement of our business & delivery of our P&L targets.
  • Involvement in the gate management process. This is the due diligence and process management that we use to get products/campaigns to market.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales & category team and support these teams on commercial engagements.

What's in your toolkit?

  • Strong commercial and customer market knowledge.
  • FMCG brand activation experience (gained through shopper or marketing role).
  • Good understanding of relationship management principles and experience managing stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, relationship building & presenting skills.
  • Experience managing trade spend and marketing budgets.
  • Exposure to scan data and promotional uplift analysis.
