The Opportunity
We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to support the V Portfolio and Innovation team across brand management, commercial delivery, innovation and governance, while independently owning key brand‑building workstreams. This role builds strong FMCG foundations with exposure to Innovation, Insight, Creative, Commercial and cross‑functional workstreams.
What you’ll be doing
A typical day will be varied and may involve, leading end-to-end delivery of brand initiatives, turning insights into ideas and coordinating execution with Comms, Shopper and Commercial. Equally, managing budgets and performance reporting will play a key role in monitoring brand health and growth. You’ll also be accountable for:
- Strategy and planning support.
- Product development and research support.
- Category, competition and cultural intelligence.
- Cultural-Led Innovation, LTO’s and themed packs.
- Flavour Trends & Innovation support.

Experience that you will bring
You’ll bring a mix of experience in brand planning and execution, as well as consumer desirability and consumption drivers. You’ll thrive in an environment that fosters collaboration and innovation. As well as:
- Relevant Tertiary qualification.
- Experience developing and executing brand plans.
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of consumer desirability and consumption drivers.
- Budget management experience.
- Proficient at relevant data e.g. IRI, Nielsen, Roy Morgan.
