About your role

Assist Executive VP - General Manager - North in managing operative activities including admin tasks support and events arrangement as well as providing preparation for peridodical meetings with analytical reports

What You'll Do

  1. Reporting & Analysis
    - Support line manager in consolidating balanced business dashboard (sales, share, brand,etc...) - summarizing key changes and liase with respective team for initial analysis
    - Support line manager in running deep-dive AC Nielsen analysis and coordinating with North Marketing team for holistic analysic of sales, share and brand equity progress
    - Collaborate with cross functions to consolidate, validate data/report in order to work out & develop critical presentations/ decks for line manager (monthly/quarterly & as per business needs: OR/ BOD/AOP plans/ top management meetings)
    - Participate in key meetings of North LT to deliver effective MoM for next actions. 
    - Support line manager in following-up actions points from GEMBA (especially from Sales), including on-field visit if required
  2. Administration work
    - Schedule working plan and ininerary for line manager
    - Manage all key & critical meetings of line manager with both internal & external stakeholders
    - Assist in preparation and following up with  business paperwork (contracts/ memo/ minutes/ announcements, etc..)
    - Arrange logistics for business trips (transportation, accomodations, visa, invitation letter, etc.)
    - Ensure T&E claim as per policy & approved budget
    - Arrange logistics for working session/events with visitors and customers
    - Coordinate with sales team to arrange gemba trips for visitors

What You need to be successful

  • University degree in Business Adminitration/Economics or other related fields

  • English proficiency: advanced level for both writing & verbal communication.
