ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As a Total Rewards Specialist at Suntory Beverage & Food Europe (SBFE), you will play a key role in supporting and embedding regional and global Total Rewards programs. Reporting to the European Head of Total Rewards, you will support annual remuneration reviews, salary surveys, job evaluations, governance processes, variable programs cycles (such as short term and long-term incentive programs) and benefits. You will also contribute to strategic projects like Rewards Transparency and the EU Pay Directive, while acting as a subject matter expert for a regional function.

 

Your work will directly impact over 3,500 employees across multiple business units in Europe.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL?

  • Solid Experience in Total Rewards
  • Strong technical knowledge of compensation processes and tools (salary reviews, variable programs, job evaluation, market benchmarks, benefits)  
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS systems (SuccessFactors is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. A second language such as French or Spanish is highly desirable  
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and drive improvements
  • Preference for you to have achieved a degree or equivalent qualification  

 

This permanent position can be based in one of our main offices in Europe : Madrid, Amsterdam, Paris, or London. Start asap.
