Total Rewards Specialist - International Remuneration/Mobility

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the International Remuneration and Mobility Specialist at Suntory in Amsterdam, you will play a critical role in delivering efficient, consistent, and high-quality cross-border and executive remuneration, as well as talent mobility processes on a global level. Your primary responsibilities include:
•    Independently executing tasks related to executive remuneration, cross-border remuneration proposals, and mobility process delivery according to policy and framework requirements.
•    Managing specialist services such as rewards review, mobility process management, and vendor performance management.
•    Ensuring high-quality service delivery to drive positive and consistent employee experiences.
•    Forwarding complex requests to International Rewards Partners, Rewards, or other CoE areas and liaising with other service delivery tiers for specialist query resolution.
•    Developing and continuously improving process flow guides and key-user guides for frequent questions in your area of expertise.
•    Maintaining and developing the HR services knowledge database.
•    Running standard HRIS data integrity dashboards and coordinating root cause resolutions.
•    Managing vendor performance and processes to support employee experiences, ensuring cost and quality effectiveness through continuous performance review.
 

This is a temporary role for 1 year with the possiblity of conversion to permanent based on performance and business need,

REQUIREMENTS

•    Solid experience mobility management, with compensation and benefit management as a plus, across multiple geographies.
•    Deep knowledge of 1-2 P&C processes, such as Rewards, Mobility, People Excellence, etc.
•    Strong technical acumen, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow experience is a plus).
•    Strong ability to understand employee queries and interact with different stakeholders internally and externally.
•    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
•    High level of initiative and ability to function autonomously.
•    Fluent in English, with proficiency in one additional main GEMBA local language (e.g., Thai, Spanish, French) as a plus.
