ABOUT THE ROLE

As the International Remuneration and Mobility Partner at Suntory, you will be based in Amsterdam or other European major markets such as UK, Spain, France etc. You will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and maintaining our cross-border remuneration, executive remuneration, and talent mobility policies. Your responsibilities will include:
•    Designing and delivering executive rewards solutions, including compensation, incentives, and benefits in alignment with our rewards strategy.
•    Supporting the Global Head of Rewards CoE in steering and managing our remuneration agenda and governance processes.
•    Owning and optimizing the cross-border remuneration framework, mobility policies, and processes to meet global strategic objectives.
•    Providing total rewards solutions and advice for cross-border talent movement.
•    Leading the development of a standardized global mobility approach across SBF.
•    Ensuring cost-effective, high-quality service standards through vendor performance management and optimization.
•    Assessing and mitigating risks associated with cross-border remuneration and mobility programs.

REQUIREMENTS

•    Solid experience in compensation, benefits, and mobility management across multiple geographies (at least one of the above) for over 10 years;
•    Strong collaboration skills across People & Culture disciplines.
•    Proven leadership in engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex projects.
•    Employee experience-centric approach.
•    Cultural adaptability and diversity awareness.
•    Passion for process and program efficiency.
•    Ability to leverage data and insights to drive solutions.
