Supply Chain Finance Analyst
About you
As our Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will deliver timely and accurate financial data to support business decisions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders and supply chain team members to ensure results are delivered promptly, thoroughly analysed, and clearly communicated. You will also drive continuous improvement in financial reporting best practices and internal processes. You communicate clearly and confidently in English (Spanish is a plus), and you’re excited to work with cross-functional teams across finance, procurement, operations, and R&D.
About your role
- Own product costing and transfer pricing, including for new product launches.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with the Finance team at the Concentrates plant to gather costing inputs.
- Maintain and optimize the internal pricing tool for intercompany market.
- Control and analyze monthly stock valuation and perform reconciliations.

- Oversee monthly closing activities, including preparation of journals (Freight, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Transport, intercompany margin eliminations, stock provisions, domestic tax, correct cost allocation to commercial markets and others), while maintaining continuous reporting.
- Partner with the supply chain finance team and budget owners to support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support New Product Development (NPD) cost evaluation, including ingredients, manufacturing, and packaging.
- Support Operational Excellence projects by providing necessary data on product costing and pricing.
- Manage intercompany orders (IO) and follow up on open items.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidently support JSOX requirements.
- Promote continuous improvement within the supply chain finance team by challenging the status quo and leading initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.

What You need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) reporting.
Relevant experience in Supply Chain, Industrial Controlling
Advanced Excel skills.
Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Experience with standard costing in SAP.
Experience with SAP FI-CO modules.
Familiarity with variance analysis business tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a changing environment and set priorities accordingly.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different management levels.
Independently resolve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision; escalate more complex issues appropriately.
