SBFE Procurement Head of COE

YOU

As our SBFE Procurement Head of COE you will be responsible for the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) (designing/planning/executing) roadmap towards “Best in Class” Process, Policy, Systems, Data & Analytics, Capability, ESG/Supply Risk enabling SBFE procurement function to become an efficient and data driven high performing team. You will lead the ESG Procurement Agenda enabling the Category teams to deliver Suntory 2030 Ambition.  You will be accountable to drive governance and compliance to internal policies and legislative requirements. You will support the integration of SBFE Procurement and SBFI Procurement org and WOW.   You will lead the SBFE Procurement COE team with a “In the Driver’s seat” mentality to drive results.  You will be accountable for Outsourced Proc. Operations (P2P management) delivery and relationship with external service provider; drive a CI mentality leveraging RPA/AI developments in this domain to drive efficiency.

YOUR ROLE

Accountability 1:  Process & Policy

Drive SRM process, Customer of Choice framework for SBFE Procurement

Ensure purchasing Policy is relevant, managing risk, setting up for success for procurement

Drive STP process to drive efficiency in execution

Drive SBFI Financial Playbook process/reporting in SBFE to build credibility of function

 

Accountability 2:  Technology/Data Analytics

E2E governance of STP Process - including SAP, Coupa (SIM, e-sourcing, CLM, P2P) Drive Coupa adoption across all modules fully optimizing the capability, drive the e-sourcing agenda

Sphera ASIMOV, Fusion project oversight and ensure procurement is supporting as required

Improve data & analytics/reporting for Procurement; develop IT roadmap to drive efficiencies to become data driven and free up category teams form back office activities; develop hands free KPI reporting dashboard

 

Accountability 3:  Compliance & Risk Management

Drive the Consequence management discussion on polcy & process, track compliance

Lead risk for Procurement together with Ris team; integrate procurement risk processes with SBFE enterprise

 

Accountability 4:  ESG

Drive the scope 3ESG 2030 Agenda collaborating with Supply Chain, Suppliers, Sustainability stakeholders.  

Ensure legislative compliance for SBFE and supporting requirements

 

Accountability 4:  Capability

Supports Competency Models and skill matrix with P&C, supports process/tools to enhance talent development, assessment, training plans

Ensure solid onboarding protocols in place and adhered to

Supports the and enable the "seikatsusha" culture through process and training support

 

Overall

Utilizes SBFI network/community for both procurement and technical capabilities (Suntory Monozukuri Expert) to enhance SBFE efficiency

Drive Continuous Improvement culture and methodology across accountabilities above

Understand Industry Best in Class in above accountabilities, develop roadmap and execute

Relentlessley drive the digital agenda, understanding best in class technologies and best practices

Foster collaboration cross-functionally individually and with the team to deliver results

Extensive procurement experience (category & business partnering)

Detailed knowledge and experience of the STP systems & processes

Excel, PPT & Procurement IT tools

Fluent in English.
