Regional Accountant

You are a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional with a background in IFRS and financial consolidation. You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and enjoy working with diverse teams. You are eager to take on a new challenge and contribute to the success of Suntory Beverage & Food Europe.
This role can be based in Amsterdam or Madrid.
What You'll Do
As a Regional Accountant, you will manage the SBFE consolidation process to provide accurate and timely consolidated financial figures for statutory and management purposes. You will participate in the month-end accounting closing process, lead the regional ICP matching and validation process, and prepare the Group's yearly standalone and consolidated financial statements. You will also be the key point of contact for the markets finance team on IFRS16 and actively support the quarterly audit.

What You need to be successful
• Finance accounting experience with a strong background in IFRS
• Understanding of IT solutions for finance (SAP, HFM) and strong Excel competencies
• Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluency in English and detail oriented
• Highly collaborative, open to new ideas and discreet
• Ability to work with people from different cultures and adapt language between technical and non-technical audiences
