About your role

Collaborate closely with Brand Marketing Team to deliver Innovations and establish what is needed and what is possible from an operational point of view. As our Project Manager you will be the key point of contact for one of our most complex brand portfolios and in addition, you will also manage other business critical development projects (e.g. Design to Value, Business Continuity Plan and Compliance)

What You'll Do

Work hand in hand with the EECM Benelux Brand Marketing teams, alongside coordinating the multifunctional project teams to ensure On Time in Full innovation delivery and excellence in project management from definition to market launch.

Support the Project Leader to drive clarity on initiative success criteria and ensure those are met at the respective decision gate.

Support and drive informed decision making through strong technical mastery, well informed risk analysis and fact-based cost knowledge (clear understanding of Cost of Good Sold structures).

Excellence in project execution ensuring that best practices are leveraged and applied whilst enabling speed to market.  Includes effective building and updating project critical path schedules.

Promote strong teamwork with the multi-functional teams to ensure robust designs made at best value and ensure successful and seamless delivery of projects.

Work closely with central Project Management Officer Team to ensure that ideas, capabilities and best practices are leveraged to their optimum.

Ensure alignment with internal multi-functional project team before decision gates are reviewed.

Lead holistic risk assessment process for initiatives and drive the right business decisions.

Escalate quickly in the right way with the right forum and based on risk identified.

What You need to be successful

Solid experience in project management.

Experience executing successful key innovations, but also value creation and sustainable packaging projects. 

Ability to develop strong working relationships with central Marketing, Local Market and all cross functional networks.

Affinity and interest to work within different business models and diverse cultures. 

Influence strong multi-functional teams to deliver with excellence.

Excellent project management skills and knowledge of stage gate processes.

Excellent communication, written and oral skills. 

English business proficient.

Capable of working and influencing in a highly changing environment. 

Capable of challenging the Marketing team to ensure maximum value for the Company

Willing to travel up to 10% if required.
