ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the Project Management Officer Europe, you will be the key point of contact for one of our most complex brand portfolios. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Team to deliver innovation and renovation projects, including Design to Value, Business Continuity Planning and Regulatory compliance. You will coordinate multifunctional project teams to ensure on-time, in-full innovation delivery and project management excellence from definition to market launch. Your role will involve driving informed decision-making, promoting strong teamwork, and ensuring alignment with internal multifunctional project teams.

•    Proven project management skills, managing multiple projects at the same time and knowledge of stage gate processes.

•    Ability to develop strong working relationships with central Marketing, Local Market, and cross-functional networks.
•    Proficiency in communicating and presenting to senior management.
•    Affinity and interest in working within different business models and diverse cultures.
•    Ability to inspire, influence and motivate multifunctional teams to deliver with excellence.
