You have developed strong experience in Data & Analytics, digital transformation and business systems, ideally within a Procurement environment.
You are comfortable working with complex data environments and business systems, and enjoy turning data into insights, decisions and tangible value. You have a good understanding of data architecture concepts and are familiar with data lakes/warehouses as well as emerging technologies such as AI applied to procurement.
You possess strong analytical skills and a structured, rigorous mindset. You are recognised for your strategic thinking, your agility and your continuous improvement approach.
You enjoy working collaboratively across functions, cultures and geographies, and you know how to break silos and share knowledge to raise the collective level of a team.
You are curious, proactive and eager to drive change. You thrive in dynamic, evolving environments where automation, digitalisation and data-driven ways of working are key to success.
You are fluent in English, with cross-cultural work experience.
THE ROLE
As a Procurement Data & Analytics Manager, reporting to the SBFE Head of Procurement CoE within Suntory Beverage & Food Europe, you will join the SBFE Procurement Centre of Excellence (CoE), a team at the heart of Procurement transformation, driving data, digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives across the function.
The CoE's mission is to increase Procurement value delivery by transforming the way the function works. As a Procurement Data & Analytics Manager, you will be a key driver of this ambition, supporting a wide procurement community across multiple markets.
You will design and maintain the procurement data architecture and ensure integration between procurement and enterprise systems, while preparing, cleansing, validating and organising data from multiple sources to guarantee data quality and reliability.
You will own spend analytics delivery, develop savings and value tracking, and create and manage procurement dashboards, reports and KPI frameworks leveraging tools such as Power BI and Coupa Analytics.
You will drive digitalisation initiatives, including automation and AI adoption, and develop and execute a 3-year digital and data roadmap aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
You will promote a continuous improvement culture, support knowledge sharing and data awareness capability building within the Procurement Centre of Excellence and help drive digital capability and curiosity across the procurement community.
You will also contribute to SRM standards and supplier performance monitoring, coordinate risk management processes and systems, and manage high complexity sourcing events, leveraging the full potential of the Coupa CSO platform.

YOUR PROFILE
- Academic background in Engineering, Business, Data Analytics or a related field, with an interest in Procurement and business transformation
- Proven experience in Procurement, Data & Analytics, Procurement Systems or Procurement Transformation, with strong exposure to analytics and data-driven decision making
- Strong knowledge of source-to-pay processes, procurement systems and technologies
- Experience with data lakes/warehouses and emerging technologies such as AI in procurement
- Strong strategic thinking, agility and continuous improvement mindset
- Experience driving digital transformation and automation in procurement, familiarity with platforms such as Coupa, SAP or Sphera, project management skills and knowledge of SRM standards and risk management tools would be an advantage
- Fluent in English, with cross-cultural work experience.
Opportunity available as soon as possible in one of our European offices: a fixed-term contract based in Neuilly-sur-Seine (France) or a permanent contract based in Amsterdam (Netherlands).
