P&C Project Lead - Employee Experience

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the People & Culture Project Lead - Employee Experience, you will spearhead automation and digitisation projects within our Human Capital Management (HCM) system and HR processes. Your role will involve redesigning and streamlining global HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience. Lead end-to-end project management for HR automation and digitization efforts, including platforms like DocuSign, Document Management, and employee lifecycle processes to enhance self service capability and a seamless integrations with SuccessFactors. Overseeing UAT, user training and change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless project outcomes and enhance the overall employee experience.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

•    Solid experience in shared services, global business services, project management, service management, reporting and analytics, implementation, or strategic planning in HR (ideally).
•    Proven experience in automation/digitalization projects enhancing the employee experience, preferably in the HR space.
•    Ability to build governance, risk management, quality assurance frameworks/metrics/KPIs, training programs, and transition checklists.
•    Demonstrated knowledge of the inter-connectedness of broad HR functions.
•    Effective communicator with strong influencing skills and exposure to senior management.
•    Ability to exercise independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques.

Preferred Skills:
•    Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
•    Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
•    Country-level stakeholder management and HR process delivery experience.
