ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the Office & Facility Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the professional appearance of our services, facilities, and office supplies. You will manage relationships with building owners and suppliers, oversee office procedures, and ensure a healthy and safe workplace for our employees. Your key responsibilities will include:
•    End-to-End Building & Supplier Management: Managing building leases, relationships, and contracts, overseeing suppliers, and ensuring smooth office operations.
•    Facilities: Managing the facility budget, coordinating maintenance and repairs, upholding office procedures, and focusing on process optimization.
•    Reception: Ensuring visitors are welcomed and registered professionally, coordinating office service requests, and maintaining accurate records of employee badges and access cards.
•    Office Coordination: Handling mail and courier services, managing office supplies and groceries, supporting leadership meetings and office events, and managing employee service requests.
•    Health & Safety: Ensuring a healthy and safe work environment, managing RI&E assessments, overseeing the BHV team, collaborating on evacuation procedures, and identifying and mitigating risks.

•    Relevant work experience in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing organization.
•    Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and act with tact and diplomacy.
•    Educational background in Facility/Office Management or Backoffice.
•    Experience working with senior leadership.
•    Experience handling invoices and budget tracking.
•    Ability to tackle unexpected challenges with composure and discretion.
•    Fluent in English (Dutch is a strong plus).
•    Strong sense of accountability, proactive attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
•    Adaptable and able to work independently and in a team.
•    Strong organizational and planning abilities.
