ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As an NPD Planner, you will set up, roll out, and govern NPD and PIPO processes for concentrates across SBFE’s BUs and Regional functions. You will orchestrate supply chain activities linked to NPD and PIPO, ensuring alignment of all requirements across functions. Your role will ensure that concentrate NPDs are delivered on time, in full, and with quality. You will provide Supply Chain inputs for various stages of Product Development & Product Change projects, optimize supply conditions, and monitor post-launch volumes to adapt supply conditions as needed.
 

WHATS IN IT FOR YOU

•    NPD Management: Provide Supply Chain inputs for Product Development & Product Change projects, ensure feasibility in Concentrate factories, and secure launches with supply chain counterparts.
•    Delisting / Phase Outs: Provide accurate stock status to BUs, maintain delisting watch lists, and coordinate with BUs to reduce obsolescence costs.
•    Portfolio Management & Performance Monitoring: Prepare and lead portfolio meetings with the 4 BUs, animate and lead KPI reviews, and carry out root cause analysis and action plans to improve performance.
•    Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in process improvement projects, explore and implement workflow tools for efficient NPD and PIPO process governance, and advocate for portfolio rationalization and optimization.
 

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

•    Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree or relevant experience
•    Supply Chain Planning background or R&D project management experience.
•    Fluent in English; Spanish and French are a plus.
•    Project management skills are a plus.
•    Experience with SAP ECC & IBP.
•    Team-oriented and process-focused.
•    Comfortable working in a flexible/fast-moving environment.
•    Continuous improvement mindset.
•    Organized and rigorous.
•    Able to meet critical deadlines.
•    Sense of urgency and priorities.
