With your experience in supply chain or logistics and your outstanding relationship building skills you're ready to take on the role of Material Planner!
 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Material Planner, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of ingredients and packaging for our production processes. Your responsibilities will include placing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining optimal raw material stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock. Additionally, you'll manage relationships with suppliers, handle emergencies, and oversee performance monitoring initiatives. You’ll be in frequent contact with the rest of the planning team as well as the procurement team and the factory logistics and scheduling team to discuss short and mid term challenges to secure sourcing of critical ingredients. There is a great opportunity to make an impact in optimizing the processes of the Material Planner.
 

REQUIREMENTS

•    Proficiency in planning concepts
•    Experience with SAP ECC and SAP IBP is preferred
•    Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is a big advantage
•    Excellent Excel Skills, VBA proficiency is a plus
•    Analytical mindset with attention to detail
•    Strong communication skills
•    Continuous improvement mindset
•    Ability to adapt in a fast paced and changing environment
