Junior Supply Chain Finance Analyst

You’re a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong foundation in finance and a passion for supply chain dynamics. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are eager to learn and grow. You’re detail-oriented, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of your work. You communicate clearly and confidently in English (Spanish is a plus), and you’re excited to work with cross-functional teams across finance, procurement, operations, and R&D.

About your role

  • Own product costing and transfer pricing, including for new product launches.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with the Finance team at the Concentrates plant to gather costing inputs.
  • Maintain and optimize the internal pricing tool for intercompany market.
  • Control and analyze monthly stock valuation and perform reconciliations.

  • Oversee monthly closing activities, including preparation of journals (Freight, Purchase Price Variance (PPV), Transport, intercompany margin eliminations, stock provisions, domestic tax, correct cost allocation to commercial markets and others), while maintaining continuous reporting.
  • Partner with the supply chain finance team and budget owners to support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis to support New Product Development (NPD) cost evaluation, including ingredients, manufacturing, and packaging.
  • Support Operational Excellence projects by providing necessary data on product costing and pricing.
  • Manage intercompany orders (IO) and follow up on open items.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and confidently support JSOX requirements.
  • Promote continuous improvement within the supply chain finance team by challenging the status quo and leading initiatives to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.

What You need to be successful

  • Familiarity with standard costing and SAP
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Fluency in English (Spanish is a plus)
  • A willingness to learn and adapt in a constantly evolving environment
