With a background in FMCG and a strong understanding of Route to Market, B2B and B2C processes as well as IT systems, CRM & SFA platforms, and digital marketing tools, you are ready to take on a pivotal role in our organization. ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an IT Business Partner (ITBP) for Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our front office teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Business Partnering & IT Planning: Act as the primary contact to efficiently manage and communicate the IT portfolio and plans within your domain. Ensure visibility of IT activities and requirements, including necessary resources for program success.
• Innovation & Management: Stay up to date with market trends and recommend IT solutions to enhance sales and marketing processes and user experience. Manage projects within scope, time, and budget, working closely with European IT teams.
• User Adoption & Experience: Ensure successful adoption of new IT solutions, provide training and support to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Risk & Compliance: Manage IT risks related to local applications and ensure compliance with corporate IT policies and guidelines.
• Budget Management: Oversee the IT budget related to your solutions portfolio and work to identify cost reduction opportunities and realize savings accordingly.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• FMCG business experience in an organized trade environment.
• Strong knowledge of Route to Market, B2B and B2C processes.
• Technical proficiency in IT systems, CRM & SFA platforms , and digital marketing tools.
• Strong project management skills to deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into IT solutions.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives and ensure smooth project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster teamwork and achieve organizational goals.
• Respond to changing business needs and technological advancements, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Change management skills and a keen interest in delivering great user experiences through technology.
• Fluency in English.
