About your role
Lead the SBF EECM (markets including Italy, Poland, Nordics, Caribbean & Africa) & Benelux supply chain finance department, provide financial support for decision making on new initiatives, business strategies & investments across our business & factories. Lead management of Kit prices for SBFE and management of factory finance team.
What You'll Do
Supply Chain Business Partnering (EECM/BNL, SBFE Kits & factory fin. team)
Business partner to EECM & Benelux Supply Chain Director & Factory Director
Costing and pricing new products/countries launches (from factory to customer)
Performance management of SC KPIs including COGS/L, COVI/STP, PPV & inventory
Stock reduction program, Capex tracking and RAM evaluation
Ad-hoc analyses on any supply chain topics.
Month end Supply chain closing process
Ensure an effective and efficient month end closing process on all SC areas
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to SBFE finance team
Provide to finance and SC team in-depth qualitative analysis of SC costs developments (ingredients/ factories), as well as variances from targets, updates on ongoing activities, & recommend action plans for improvement
Supply Chain Finance Planning Process
Lead and coordinate MTP, budgeting & forecasting processes incl. factories
Provide timely and accurate financial projection updates incl. factory spend &
investments, identifying risks and opportunities along with recommendations
Fuel for Growth finance business partner
Identifying and capturing cost savings in all areas of the business (incl. factories)
Critically reviewing all business costs to increase value to partners & customers and challenge all non-value adding product attributes, business& factory activities
Supporting team to identify improvement projects and engaging cross functional teams to
deliver projects

What You need to be successful
Significant experience managing end-to-end supply chain finance operations
Controlling in FMCG or audit in FMCG company
Commercial
SC Finance experience is a must
