Head of Supply Chain Finance

Your analytical mind and strategic thinking will be crucial in identifying and capturing cost savings, ensuring our operations are efficient and effective.
 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Head of Supply Chain Finance, you will lead the SBF EECM & Benelux supply chain finance team. Your role will be pivotal in providing financial support for decision-making on new initiatives, business strategies, and investments across our business and factories. You will manage the Kit prices and oversee the factory finance team, ensuring accurate financial projections, timely reporting, and strategic insights into supply chain cost developments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with the EECM & Benelux Supply Chain Director and Factory Director
  • Managing the costing and pricing for new product and country launches
  • Overseeing performance management of supply chain KPIs
  • Ensure an effective and efficient month end closing process on all SC areas 
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to SBFE finance team
  • Leading stock reduction programs, Capex tracking, and RAM evaluation
  • Coordinating the month-end supply chain closing process
  • Driving the supply chain finance planning process including MTP, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Acting as a finance business partner to identify and capture cost savings across the business
     

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in FMCG supply chain finance
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Ability to distill complex information and present it clearly to senior management
  • Experience in costing, pricing, and performance management of supply chain KPIs
  • Proficiency in financial planning processes, including budgeting and forecasting
  • A strategic thinker with a track record of identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives
