ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the Head of Commercial for the Caribbean Region, you will report to the General Manager and lead a team of Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing Specialists and Commercial Analysts. Your primary purpose is to drive sales performance, lead business development and excellence in distributor management towards target achievement. You will leverage business intelligence capabilities to provide strategic insights and guide operational decisions.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Strong background in FMCG in commercial roles; with knowledge of marketing an asset. 
  • Proven experience in Business Management, Distributor Management, Commercial or similar role. Locally based multinational experience is considered an asset. 
  • Ability to develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and growth; with high levels of commercial acumen and advanced problem-solving skills. 
  • Critical thinking and decision-making capability, with a continuous improvement mindset. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong people management and coaching style, with team leadership experience. 
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and provide clear prioritization, guidance and support to team members.
