About your role

As our Supply Planner Finished Goods (FG) you will be responsible for ensuring an optimized and smooth delivery of an 18-months production plan with a special focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.  You will, on a weekly basis, assess and control the short-and-mid-term plan, working closely with operations, demand planning and local supply planning, to give visibility to the market and secure service level. On a monthly level, they control the long-term plan, enabling the right decision making in the IBP process.

What You'll do

Oversee the relevant supply strategy: serve as main liaison between the market and internal & external manufacturers to ensure a robust supply plan for EECM

Develop and uphold a Service Level Agreement with both internal and external manufacturers, driving adherence to performance metrics through KPIs, processes, and ways of working

Identify gaps and risks in weekly planning and drive necessary corrective actions with the appropriate stakeholders to address these issues

Direct process optimization efforts to fill gaps in Supply Planning processes

Actively engage in projects and PIPO to align with business objectives. Monitor obsolescence and overstock risks and provide visibility to relevant stakeholders with a mitigation plan. Manage and track Master Data maintenance updates.

Lead the monthly Supply Review, facilitating discussions on long-term supply feasibility, stirring effective decision-making and escalation to the Executive Review

What you'll need to be successful

Relevant Bachelor or Master Degree

Solid experience in Supply Chain/Logistics

FMCG experience highly advantageous

Experience in Project Management, Process optimization, Continuous Improvement are a +

Fluent in English is a requirement

French is an advantage
