About your role
As the Finished Goods Supply Lead, you’ll be the key liaison between internal and external manufacturers and the market, ensuring a robust and optimized supply plan for EECM. You’ll oversee short- and mid-term planning weekly, and lead long-term supply capacity monthly. Your role will be pivotal in driving process optimization, managing risks like obsolescence and overstock, and facilitating effective decision-making through the IBP process. You’ll also lead the monthly Supply Review and contribute to strategic projects and PIPO initiatives.

What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Solid experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Strong background in project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
- Advanced Excel and system skills
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing capabilities
- Ability to see the bigger picture and thrive in complexity
