About your role

As FP&A Business Partner for EECMBNL (Europe Export, Commercial Markets & BeNeLux), you’ll lead financial planning, reporting, and transformation initiatives that enable strategic decision-making and standardized digital processes. You’ll be at the heart of a €400m NSV and €98m OI scope, covering different geographical scopes and legal entities.

What You'll Do

Accountability 1 : Business Reporting & Finance Planning

  • Key user of COPA Module in SAP, with a customer service approach towards Commercial department and Finance business partners 
  • Report Monthly Financial KPIs in HFM (consolidation module)
  • Drive, consolidate & understand variance on Monthly and full year Rolling Forecast in cooperation with Custumor Op. and Planning Dept and FBPs.
  • Streamlining the monthly management reporting processes
  • Support IBP: consolidate forecast on a monthly base / understand variances / Proactive R&O management in coordination with key stakeholders
  • Active participation in the annual budgeting and strategic plans creation
  • Backup for Head of FP&A and  

Accountability 2 : Transformation market lead (One Digital Core S4/HANA / One data model to unlock consistent reporting /Standardized Processes & Ways of Working)

  • Act as SME & ambassador of the transformation program
  • Share real-time insights and surface local feedback
  • Cascade messaging and localize communication
  • Champion adoption and resolve resistance within the user community

What You need to be successful

•    Degree in Finance or Business from a recognized university or business school.
•    Solid relevant experience in Corporate Finance, Audit, or Accounting.
•    Strong financial analytical skills and systems expertise (SAP, HFM, Excel).
•    Fluent English communication skills—both verbal and written.
•    A proactive mindset, results-driven attitude, and commitment to excellence.
•    Ability to build strong relationships and adapt to a fast-moving organization.
