ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Accounting Manager, you will play a key role in our finance department, supporting the Financial Controller in managing the company's financial affairs. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, managing the month-end close and preparing financial reports. Your forward-thinking approach will help streamline processes and improve efficiency across the department. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and mentor a talented team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Master or bachelor degree in finance or accounting,
- Experience in an international FMCG environment;
- Knowledge of accounting principles (UK GAAP / IFRS);
- Affinity with Audit;
- Pro-active hands-on, solution driven mentality, with attention to detail;
- People management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management and leadership skills;
- Willing to adapt quickly to change;
- Internal Control & Compliance consciousness;
- Strong Business Awareness.
