About your role
You, as our Communications and Media Manager for Opportunity Brands, will be responsible for creating brand stories across the relevant Touchpoints and Integrated Activity Plans across EECM-BNL. You will be responsible for scaling and adapting campaigns across our key opportunity brands (Lucozade, Orangina, Oasis, Ribena) in the relevant geographies (Africa, Caribbean and Rest of Europe), ensuring efficient and effective communication with consumers.
What You'll Do
Campaign and Touchpoint Development
Define communication and activation plans across key brands and consumers journey, in collaboration with Lead Markets and Central teams, delivering locally relevant playbooks to support brilliant execution.
Touchpoints optimization validated through MCA (Market Contact Audit) and BIM (brand investment models) with tracking and budget analysis each quarter.
Best Practice sharing and scaling executional excellence across markets, designed for omnichannel synergy.
Asset and Content Adaptation
Lead the adaptation of assets and content with partner agencies, aligned with Lead Market and Central Teams comms strategy.
Ensure any Regional / Local creative assets are aligned to brand strategy and validated for execution through MCA / BIM.
Media Leadership
Support and challenge the local Market Activation Teams in in delivering media plans aligned to central guidance and KPI’s, as part their strong Annual Operating Plans.
Lead onboarding of new media agencies and cooperate with the Central Media Team to champion media excellence across diverse markets.

What You need to be successful
Solid experience in Regional Marketing (client or agency)
Regional / Local Campaign Development and / or adaptation of global assets to market reality
Strong knowledge of integrating campaigns & activations across multiple touchpoints
Experience in leading media briefs, media planning and execution at local / regional level
Understanding of Laws of Growth
Demonstrable affinity with brands
Digital savviness and proficiency in media monitoring
Emerging Markets experience and knowledge in media landscape a plus
Fluent English (French, Spanish a plus)
