ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Business Process Improvement Lead at Suntory Beverage and Food Europe, you'll play a crucial role in our journey to become a world-leading next-generation global beverage company. Reporting directly into the Head of Transformation, you'll lead the transformation required by streamlining our ways of working, enhancing our X-functional collaboration and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
• Process Analysis and Optimization: Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement in existing processes. Develop strategies to enhance productivity and drive simplicity in operations.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Collect and analyze data to inform process improvements. Utilize statistical tools and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, to drive change.
• Training and Development: Train employees on new processes and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and HR. Collaborate with leadership to align improvement efforts with overall business goals.
• Project Management: Lead improvement initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams. Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Change Management: Facilitate organizational change by communicating goals, benefits, and expectations. Address resistance and ensure smooth transitions.
WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• Hard Skills: Lean Six Sigma , Project Management, Data Analysis, DMAIC, Process mapping & design, Agile methodology (a plus).
• Soft Skills: Organizational skills, critical thinking, leadership, communication, customer service, visual management, Kaizen events.
