About your role

As our Market Intelligence Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind transforming complex market and consumer data into actionable insights. Sitting at the heart of our Marketing team, you’ll partner across EECM-BNL and SBFE to deliver one view of the truth on in-market performance. You’ll challenge assumptions, inspire action, and help shape our business plans by bringing the outside world into our strategy & plans. Your storytelling will unlock growth opportunities and elevate marketing effectiveness across campaigns, New Product Development, and beyond.

What You need to be successful

  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for simplifying complex data into clear stories 
  • Proven experience in market and consumer data management, ideally within a matrix organization 
  • Technical expertise in NIQ (Nielsen) data and YouGov, reporting systems, and agency management 
  • Business acumen and stakeholder engagement skills to drive fact-based decisions 
  • A challenger mindset—comfortable disagreeing when the data proves you right 
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build collaborative relationships across senior levels

Your insights will help our COO contextualize cross-market performance for Suntory, and your work will influence decisions across Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and RGM teams. By continuously improving our understanding of market dynamics, you’ll help us stay ahead of competitors and make smarter, faster decisions. Unlocking deep ad-hoc Insights by connecting multiple sources of knowledge and data will help our business being more effective in its execution.
