Apprenticeship in Procurement Ingredients
About the role
As Ingredients Category Apprentice you will work on 2 axes:
Category Management : Owner of a category of texturizers/emulsifiers/stabilizers at European level:
- Strategy definition and implementation: from need analysis to negotiation and implementation
- Budget realization
- Tender follow-up and implementation
- Monitoring market trends and identifying risks and opportunities
- Sourcing reinforcement plan : secure our supply by developing alternative sourcing
- Update and follow-up of quality, legal, supply documentations
- Operational support (TOP 10, pack change…)
Transversal mission for Ingredients Procurement team :
- Supplier management: preparation and participation in Business Review Meetings (BRM) and supplier performance monitoring (KPI)
- Monitoring of market indicators for the Commodity Ingredients Dashboards
- Support sustainable sourcing : supplier evaluation and action plan definition
- Coordination with R&D : follow up on 2025 roadmap progress
- Other Ingredient Support : lead tenders on the juices category
What do I need to succeed on the role
- Currently doing a University degree level (M1/M2) with a third year/specialization in procurement (MAI, DESMA…). CSR specialization is a plus.
- A first Purchasing/supply chain experience is a plus.
- Languages: fluent in English, Spanish is an advantage.
- Excellent relationship and communication abilities.
- Work with and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization
- Show initiative and investment
- Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
The role is to undertake from september 2025. It will be based within our Neuilly-sur-Seine's offices.
