Job Summary

  • Assist (Senior) Account Manager in achieving volume, revenue, and key objectives for assigned accounts by implementing Sales Development initiatives and AOP plans.
  • Build sustainable strategic partnerships through JBP execution, ensure effective follow-up on business programs, and maintain SPVB performance standards.
  • Focus on optimizing existing customer relationships by developing long-term growth plans, enhancing portfolio penetration, improving service levels, and driving brand engagement to secure competitive advantages for contract renewals.

Job Responsibilities

Support Account Management and Customer Service

  • Assist Account Managers in managing day-to-day account operations to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize service levels.
  • Act as a key contact point for addressing client needs and requests promptly.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify opportunities to expand product portfolios within current account
  • Implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly customer plans and company activities  to achieve sales targets
  • Track and support execution of initiatives to maximize SPVB’s share of wallet and drive incremental volume.
  • Coordinate and support the implementation of brand activations and promotional activities with existing customers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Improve Service Level: Monitor and resolve operational issues (e.g., deliveries, billing, or product availability) to ensure smooth, efficient service.
  • Build strong client relationships by proactively understanding customer needs and addressing concerns effectively.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to implement strategies that secure client loyalty and create advantages during contract renewal negotiations.
  • Collaborate with Hunting Team: Support seamless transition of newly acquired accounts from the Hunting team by ensuring strong customer onboarding and integration.

Setting objectives and tracking results

  • Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals with alignment with AM/SAM
  • Ensure clear communication and aherence of pricing and promotions to internal and external
  • Review progress vs objectives on a weekly basis
  • Customer Understanding and Data Analysis
  • Analyze client consumption data and market trends to provide actionable insights for Account Managers.
  • Assist in building data-driven plans to improve performance and strengthen partnerships.

Others

  • Coordinate with  AFHE to execute daily sales operation in assigned location
  • Lead problem solving and address team issue
  • Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., supply chain, marketing, and finance) to execute initiatives that align with client goals and maximize account performance.

Requirement

  • BA degree in any disciplines, major in Tourism/Hospitality/Economics/ Commerce are preferred.
  • Experienced On-premise channel (Food, Beverage…), 02 years minimum 
  • Or 1-2 years in account support, sales, or customer service roles, preferably in the FMCG or F&B industry.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and operational problem-solving.
  • Good channel/customer/industry insight 
  • Good understanding of selling & distribution systemrstanding of selling & distribution system
  • Good functional skills including: Proficiency in data analysis to provide actionable insights/logical skill & negotiation skill
  • Good interpersonal skills: strong communication, strategic influencing and presentation skill to maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.
  • Solutions & results oriented, customer service oriented
  • Ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to travel and market visit
  • Building trust with good attitude and effective communication
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Strong computer , work with system (DMS, SAP…) and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
